they probably are really running from Barbie but from a commercial side i think it's a good idea if it's true.

 

 When it's about blockbustesr now summer or not summer doesn't make this big difference. If they think the movie has the quality and the chances to get a lot of oscar nominees (now the oscars seem to love commercial movies again...see the nominees for elvis, top gun, avatar etc..) it could be the best thing for the movie an october- nov release so they count on legs during christmas and the award season too

 

the movie can make good numbers but seems a diesel and something in need of word of mouth and then legs, not something with a huge first 1-2 weekends.

Barbie is probably the most hyped and anticipated movie of the year, in what universe is it going to flop :skull:
