A 94% drop in anything is extremely rare. In sales, the closest thing is Anti-Hero dropping from 327k to 29k (though it remained #1 on the Hot 100). It would never happen on radio, that would be like if Flowers or Kill Bill dropped to 6M AI next week.

Willow's fall was from it not doing enough numbers across metrics to be at the top. She's no different than BTS (and she's playing the same venues, funny enough!)

The same week that willow fell, there were 28 Christmas songs in the top 45. Under those same circumstances, this would have fell to #73.
