How many points did KB finish behind LN? This must've been pretty close. I've heard & like LN but haven't listened to KB (nothing personal, just not in my preferred genres).

To me, BaL is more stagnant than anything. It is still in the Top 10. If you want to see 'came and went', just look at Like Crazy and Unholy:

You’re joking right. ‘Unholy’ was a massive hit and definitely didn’t ‘came and went’.

Probably. He deleted his account today

I'll consider Unholy as a massive peak that plateaued soon thereafter. Boy's a Liar pretty much has the same trajectory, but with not as high of a peak.

They made their bed when they allowed manipulated bulk sales from artist-run web stores in the first place. Now they need to lie in it.

See that’s the thing; it doesn’t matter what you consider it. :toofunny3: :bibliahh:Your opinion doesn’t change the fact the song is a massive hit. Like you really think you matter? :toofunny3:

If the new anti-mass buying rule existed during Dynamite and Butter those songs would have been #1 for only one week at best and WAP would be a 7 weeks #1 and good 4 u would be a 9 weeks #1.

Not really,

Both Dynamite & Butter have multi remix/version on different weeks.

(*don’t forget Butter also have Megan’s remix for week 10th)

so the same credit cards/e-mails still count for those new version/remix

@Sscorpionn you were actually right, the recalibration took the effect since Kill Bill did 93m on the radio (they mentioned it in a different article) and was predicted to do 97.2m :rip:

Without it:

LN 281

KB 283

:hoetenks:

The new Levitating  :deadbanana:

So billboard basically pulled a Levitating and robbed her blind :doc:

I’ve never even heard the Magaots song or maybe I have because all of country radio sounds more gay than Ava Max’s music now.

The fact that both Levitating and KB were 2 points away from #1 and would've reached the top spot if not for the sudden radio change, the similarities are uncanny :deadbanana4:

At least it seems that KB will end up being the biggest song on Year-End :clap3: (just like Levitating too :rip:)

I don’t know how billboard continues to have credibility. They allowed fraudulent #1s like that Jimin song but sabotaged actual smashes like Kill Bill and levitating    :rip:

I think Last Night has a very good chance of unseating KB as Year End #1. LN reminds me of Stay, but released much earlier in the year.

The last country year-end #1 was Faith Hill (Breathe)

I don't think Last Night will get enough pop airplay to snatch the year-end #1. Maybe top 3 after Kill Bill and Flowers

1. Kill Bill

2. Flowers

3. Last Night

4. Anti-hero

They lost credibility in early 2020, when they didn't address the potential mass buying problem, especially after HITR and Heartless went to #1. Just take a look at the #1's in 2020, you've probably forgotten about half of them already! Non #1 hits like Levitating, Bad Habits, and Kiss Me More are much more memorable. Just like in 2-3 years time, Like Crazy will be forgotten, while hits like Kill Bill and Rich Flex are better remembered.

You think Rich Flex will be more remembered than Anti-Hero? despite it basically being out the top 40 of BB and Anti-Hero is still top 10?
