It has the biggest stream debut yes but that debut was relatively weak position wise for what she used to do (folklore and Lover had far better positions on their debuts than Midnights did with the latter 2 placing a song in the top 10 while Midnights highest song peaked #15. 

 

And it didn’t have good longevity at all. Anti-Hero is currently not charting on Spotify India when there are many other Western songs doing so.

That has to do with Spotify growing exponentially in India since then and becoming the most popular streaming service there, which caused local songs to begin dominating their daily charts in a way they weren't doing at the time Taylor released Lover and Folklore. Even just a year ago, the average streams for a song were about half what they are now for a song charting in the same position, and while years ago it used to be relatively common for Western songs to reach the Top 10 now there's very few of them that even manage to stay in the Top 100, and those are usually the ones that go viral on Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts or old hits
