That list is wrong. Lmlyd has this much on just one platform in 2019. Also according to kworb, LMLYD accumulated a total of 40m indian streams on Spotify, and that's only for 2020.

 

That's a total of around 100m just for one song

That list is Gaana only.  I don't know how you reached the conclusion that is wrong based on streams of a song in Spotify and JioSaavn.  They may have not included Ellie Goulding though.
