This only looks good if you have a round face or do not have pronounced cheekbones.  If you already have these features, then it's going to look weird.  Look at Gigi, Bella, and Kendall before and after photos.  Lea already had very pronounced cheekbones, so this just looks like way too much.

Zoe already had a sharp chin prior to the removal. You can can clearly see it. Plus, her eyebrows are just shaved off at the ends, making them look lifted. Models and many other people do this all the time. There’s many video tutorials.
