Rock version has debuted with 751K streams despite reaching an audience of only 5M with playlists (the song has not even been added to New Music Friday playlists)

Following the release of the rock version, the original one has accumulated over 450k streams in the past 24h.

Heart Attack, from 2013, is now approaching 600M streams on the platform, making it one of the most streamed singles of 2013.

This will probably encourage her to continue doing rock. And hopefully, we get more rock versions of past hits. I'd love to see GYHAB or Neon Lights. I can see the latter going HARD like Eat Me. :jonny2:

The reception, viral moments, and good press have been INCREDIBLE. She's in the right track to re-build her fanbase. She better not ruin it!

Rock version gives me a headache. The original was loud enough as it is. Why does Demi love to scream?

kinda can't stop singing this song. whew. she needs to deliver songs like from her earlier years, it was her peak musically.

:clap3: A 2013 single pulling these numbers

If only she released more songs like this during her peak/imperial era. Her new songs are just never gonna click with the GP ala Katy unfortunately. Her releasing rock versions of her old beloved singles are the only way for her to get a hit in 2023 i think

She doesn't care and she won't push any re-recording to get a hit. She's constantly said this rock version is for the fans.

She's releasing quality so at least she can say she's flopping with good music and dignity.
