The fact that this thread would have more than 20 pages of dragging already if it was the debut of a big female artist lead single  :skull:

Could you imagine the drags if Taylor, Adele, Dua, Beyonce, Gaga, Billie, Olivia or Rihanna's new lead single debuted at #23 on Global spotify after being #1 on TTH? :rip:

The fact that his underperformance is barely doing noise is also bad news for him.

Similar numbers?  The lies  :toofunny3:

Break My Soul debuted at #5 on Global Spotify with over 5 million streams and #2 in the US :skull:

Ed is debuting at #23 on the global spotify chart  :rip:

The funny thing is BMS didn't have weak competition to result in a fluky #2 on Spotify. BMS debuted midweek of a week where Drake released an album and Luke Combs debuted TKoLWM. Even with the half week, BMS still debuted #15 of the Hot 100 and made it to the Top 10 during its first full week.

Then my mistake but the song was not stable so the debut is not that important what matters is longevity and whether the audience likes the song, not only the debut day:wave:

Didn't this happen with Bad Habits too? Or it didn't debut as high

7. bad habits 4.7M (single after a break)

12. Shivers 3.7M

both singles topped the charts many weeks after their debut

9. TJATQ 3.2M

either it will bomb like tay collab or it will be a hit with longevity:giraffe:

It wasn't a mistake, you straight-up lied and are now trying to pivot to 'longevity' in a thread specifically about debut streams. :rip: You really thought. :lmao:

I was convinced that bms debuted with 3M, everyone can make a mistake, I'm talking about longevity because the short life of BMS confused me about the debut. and I recommend not having so much venom in you, beyonce stans:wave:

Of course you were convinced because you've told yourself so many lies about her for so long, you now believe them to be fact. :rip: As I said, you tried lying and @Green pretty deftly clocked those lies. In the future, it's always best to double-check before posting lies that are so easily disproved. :heart2:

Even if it fell off fast, BMS still had a respectable run. It spent its first 12 weeks in the Top 15, with 10 of those weeks in the Top 10. Some songs don’t even spend 10 or 12 weeks on the Hot 100.

The fact that miracle would've 100% went #1 if it wasn't for the fraudulent signed cds. Smh.

It'll probably have a chance the week after?

The autoplayola check wasn't cashed in

this performance just until she buys streams and forges a hit that no one will willingly listen to.

He’s finally on his way out. Harry Styles and Drake next and the world will heal again :WAP:

THE FUTURE IS FEMALE!

The pop girls have all been flopping just as hard. Hold My Hand was a disastrous bomb and it was backed by one of the most successful films of all time. Katy Perry doesn’t even have a radio career anymore either.

Taylor? SZA? Miley? PinkPantheress? Shakira?

Its a terrible song and all that playlisting just to get 750K in usa? So embarrassing tbh

Because it had decent radio support. It had really bad longevity in terms of streaming.

Still too high!

Everybody thought this about Bad Habits and Shivers just for both of them to make it to the IFPI list, this will probably smash or do mildly good

One hit

One hit

One hit

One hit wonder

Two songs with one week in the top ten each

That’s really nothing special. Lavender Haze hasn’t done well, SZA has no follow up to Kill Bill, River barely debuted top 40, PinkPantheress has yet to prove herself beyond getting carried by an Ice Spice remix, and Shakira isn’t exactly showing much staying power beyond her frontloaded debuts.
