It's unfortunate to see these legacy acts go from easy #1 debuts in the ticket bundling era to lower-half-of-the-top-10 (or worse...) debuts

Flop, but not surprised at all.

This is a rerecorded GH btw

Posted

But there’s 40 tracks. I thought that meant huge numbers, no?

Posted

These are re-recordings of their classics,  not a brand new studio album.

Where’s the drag exactly?

:rip:

This is literally a compilation album of re-recorded songs, so these numbers are just fine.

It’s been 44 years since they released their debut album so any group pushing these numbers, in the streaming era, (minus ‘The Beatles’) almost half a century since their inception is commendable.

Blame Tim Cook and Apple for that.

great numbers, they've been around for so long the fact that their catalog/name still has such a pull is amazing.

Posted

Very good numbers considering it's not a brand new album, although gurl... 40 tracks... my God.

Posted

Not a new album. Why don't you post their tour numbers instead?

Posted

That free album hurt their legacy.

Posted

no apple no sales

Posted

I mean... I ******* love them but I didn't like the re-recordings, so I'm not surprised by the numbers.

And lol @ some ignorants here acting like they aren't one of the most successful bands of all time.
