A train is a group of guys “lining up” to have sex with one person hence a train. While this of course can be consensual, and there’s no reason a woman shouldn’t enjoy it (someone famous who I forget the name of, recently admitted that in her youth she let members of a basketball team run a train on her and she’s happy to talk about it openly now without shame — and why should she? Get yours!) it also can be used as a threat of violence against a woman, just like men can be sexually violent generally.

How many sexual partners people have is that person’s business and there is nothing morally wrong with it unless you are actively lying to your partner about your health  having sex at all has risks no matter your body count, which is why communication and honestly is so important and everyone should know their status, and you judging promiscuity isn’t exactly going to encourage openness in others and actively does the exact opposite!
