Still, can't help but think how her team came unprepared for a huge release like this. No merch, only one version of the song so far, video not ready to go on release date, just a weird lyric video...

 

Surely they will release more things little by little but they should've started with a bang and go all out with it. Anyways

To be fair I think not having the MV ready on release day is strategic. They can’t give it all away too soon. If they want longevity they’ll drop stuff over a few weeks like how they did with Unholy. 
 

But I do agree that the lyric video could’ve been done better. It’s too dark and similar to Brrr. We need dance club lasers, smoke, or pink visuals.

The fact that people are suddenly setting her bar so high when 6 months ago even charting at all was a distant dream... it's proof of how quickly Kim has ascended
