Ivan_brit Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 It’s a visual album This is why I can’t hate Ed like everyone here… at least he always works hard is not pulling a lazy release like Drake he drops & if we get lucky we get a lazy video, at least Ed is giving us a visual album, Tour & documental
HeavyMetalAura Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 I can’t BELIEVE this is coming out on Friday.. it’s making no noise in the US at all. Not trying to be a hater like everyone else as I don’t dislike him, but for sake of conversation I never expected the decline to be so sudden. Unless he pulls through at the last minute?
Arrows Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 I honestly feel really bad for Ed right now. His wife is battling cancer, his Grandmother (the Galway Girl) just passed away and the funeral will be without him due to mandatory court attendance that could end up costing him 100 million… All while his album, released tomorrow, is bound to underperform significantly. I sincerely hope he wins the case, as that would be a win for the future of the music industry in general.
enchanted0 Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 (edited) The melodies on this album sound like they’re from some boy rock band in 00s I expected the album would be more sublime and mellow Edited May 4, 2023 by enchanted0
Baby Judas Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 This is actually a great album. The only song that sounds different from the rest is Eyes Closed. This is beautiful.. The lyrics are beautiful.
Taylor fanboy Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 I listened to each track before it gets counted as a stream. A BORE! He peaked on End Game.

Mr. Duff Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Life Goes On and Salt Water I have to sleep now but I just know this album will wreck me.
TalkThatRihanna Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Curtain getting the single push is smart. The best and most radio friendly song on the album
ultrablue Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 What a strange time of year to release an album like this.
Cefh Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 wow this is such a great album but it'll definitely underperform for his standards. Stoned, Salt Water and Life Goes On are my favorites On the other hand I wish it was shorter, especially for an album with only one producer
