Illuminati Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 The videos look awful, they were having a tough past year as it was and now this
Cloudy Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 That's horrible, rip to those who lost their lives and hopefully aid can get to those hurt, trapped and who have lost their home.
Kamil24 Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Damn, there was a 4.2 earthquake in Buffalo this morning too - was felt in Canada where I am. This one in Turkey/Syria looks so horrible though, I can't even imagine
FOCK Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 (edited) A Dutch researcher named Frank Hoogerbeets, predicted this 4 days ago. Edited February 6, 2023 by FOCK
aesthetic bih Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I feel so worried for the people in Turkey. It felt absolutely horrible just watching the clips, imagine the terror they are feeling there RIP to all the souls that has been lost. Pray for Turkey and it's people y'all
hallucinate Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I’m still in disbelief honestly, feels like a mini apocalypse. Don’t think we will be able to recover from this for a long time Hoping this actually wakes the government up doubt it and they start taking measures— especially for Istanbul
Afferty Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 It seems like the number of deaths will be much more than ten thousands tbh It affected like 5 big cities, whose population accumulates to 5million, and lots of buildings are destroyed.
Misguided Ghost Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 This is so shocking and heartbreaking :(
Glam Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Considering the number of buildings collapsed I think the final death toll will be in the tens of thousands.

spiritboy Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I'm not in the effected area but one of my friends is in Maras (where two earthquakes happened) and the situation there is horrible. My best friends uncle, aunt and cousin are presumed dead after their building collapsed in Iskenderun, Hatay. We are all highly traumatized by the event, it's so cold over there and the government is doing absolutely nothing. This is probably the worst earthquake in modern history of Turkey, it impacted 10 cities and i expect the death toll to be at least 10-20k.

I'll be donating later this week - I can't watch anymore videos though on social media, too sad.

Not over 10k I hope not. Edited February 6, 2023 by Aristotle

Thanks guys. By the time they'll reach everyone, it'll be more than 10k people dead, official or unofficial numbers. It's awful and people are dying from hypothermia. Things i'm hearing from friends of friends that it's hell over there.
