I’ll never understand why some

people think Fiona Apple owns the right to have long-ass titles. As soon as a title has more than 6 words, these comments are immediately posted. :rip:

 

She wasn’t the first one doing that, and the actual record isn’t hers.

I really dislike this direction and hope it's not forever. The limited resources of early records resulted in a way more interesting work. Thank god I got to see them live before the rock band joined. The songwriting is still there but the production is too polished for my taste

 

Although commercially I totally get it. Producing/writing for mainstream artists like Travis Scott and Joji. That recent Lil Yachty album is so clearly influenced by Yves too.

On first listen, I like this album way more than the last which was a snooze fest to me.
