If I'm not mistaken, even the Ungodly Hour album did 2.9 mill on the first day with no big features and the exact same album length. The stats never lie. People are not actually interested in solo material.
Movimento Perpétuo Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 very lukewarm numbers....this album deserved so much more
Beyle Street Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 Those numbers are horrifique I feel really bad for Chloe that the demographic she so desperately wants approval from (trap R&B/urban) is rejecting her like this. Doesn't help that the album isn't great. This really all went downhill went Treat Me was released. She should've stuck to the pop route and kept it forward. Instead, like Normani, she has no concise identity with what she wants to be.

Movimento Perpétuo Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 I love her but Told Ya would be way better WITHOUT Missy
Rotunda Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 Y’all can chalk all this up to being a hate train or people wanting too much out of a young artist, but at the end of the day a lot of the people who have been disgusted by the handling of her solo career were also singing her endless praises during Ungodly Hour. Chloe is an emerging artist, not some Top 40 veteran. People aren’t coming out of the woodwork to hate on and stream an artist they were never interested in. The complaints are coming from fans, or at least potential fans. Chloe has the total package (which is very rare in this era) but hasn’t delivered.

Armani? Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 Didnt he post a early prediction tweet for Miley's 1st week? Did he delete it? Edit - Nvm, he was slightly off though so Chloe could still do a little more. He predicted Miley to do 65M to 78M streams. She did 81M
SimpleKindofLife Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 There’s no way y’all expected this to perform better than Ungodly Hour like be serious the hate train is so corny
liquiddiamonds Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 (edited) I hope she has a nice supporting system and stands by her work. A career is not made of one album. The record is mid but Social Media has been taking a dump on her for too long. She hasn’t done anything to deserve as much hate as she gets. At this point i feel sorry for her and it’s her release week, which should be celebrated since she has worked hard to put this out. Chloe has what it takes to go beyond in quality, even if she happen to never make it in mainstream music Edited April 2, 2023 by liquiddiamonds
Automatic Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 The album was obviously not going to smash but I kind of expected better numbers tbh. More promotion would be nice but doesn't her tour start soon?
Armani? Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 I will say it's bad ppl interact/like her recent posts so much on Instagram but arent streaming the music
Camilitau.u Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 This is like the Hood version of Camila’s Familia except there are no hits at least like Bam Bam
Monkey_Juice Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 I've tried to give the album a couple of listens but I'm not feeling it. The funny thing is I liked all the singles she scrapped more than any song on the album. They made a huge mistake scrapping Have Mercy, Suprise and For The Night She made it seem like she had better tracks Body Do is the only song I like, hope she has a video ready!

Jay L Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Ok but where the Worried stans at she kinda ate on this one.
BlueTimberwolf Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Does this album have a clean version? Every song is soooo explicit. Can't even play it in the car.
