1999 for sure. The late 90's and early 00's pre 9/11 was lowkey the peak of humanity tbh. Cell phones were pretty common by then and the early internet was wild but it was advanced enough at that time that you would still have access to a lot of information, just with the benefit of not having to deal with the toxicity of social media. The only real downside is people were more tolerant of things like racism, homophobia, and misogyny back then.

1999 I loved growing up in the 90's. I mean Buffy, Charmed, Xena, no social networking sites. I miss those times.

Honestly, my 2020 was pretty lit, it was an exciting time because we were truly living through history. I would love to live through seeing Trump being air lifted over and over, and enjoy the days of not having to work and not really worrying cuz everyone said **** it end of the world! 

 

Although 1999 as an adult would be incredible, I would love to go to the Gay clubs at that time and dance my *** off to the music. And imagine all the stuff you could get away with since there was no constant surveillance with technology. Oooph.
