schnetzka Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Since we will be staying the age we are now, I think I would go back to 1999. I just felt things were more simpler then.
Aristide Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999. I've always been obsessed with the late 90s early 2000s. People just seemed more relaxed / down-to-earth then.
Blue Skies Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999. I'll take the Y2K panic over the pandemic any day.
Maltese Falcon Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1 hour ago, PopKills said: I’d rather k*ll myself in this situation no matter the year retweet!
brazil Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Do we remember everything from before? I'm guessing we wouldn't miss much if we never even knew cellphones etc existed. Oh well. Guess 1999 would be better anyway. Social media and the internet would get unbearable with everything closed and no freedoms (except maybe by the end of the year when I got to go on a trip). In 1999 I would go to Miami and party with the gays. Is that where they were back then? But then again, maybe in 2020 I could try to convince people and get them to stop the pandemic? I guess I would be seen as one of those "crazy" people screaming on the street then
ATRL Moderator Bloo Posted January 16, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted January 16, 2023 I mean it depends? Am I still in grad school if I choose 2020? Am I a kid again in 1999? If so, probably 2020. I generally didn’t like being a kid.
sh0ckw4ves Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999 and can i enter the lottery with my old knowledge
Pikachoo Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 is this even a question? 1999 without a doubt. the 90s were magical. and 1999 means you have decent-(ish) support for gay rights
.Odyssey. Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 2020 so that I could keep going to the Madame X Tour from January through March every year until the end of time
JustHoran Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999 even though the internet was terrible. AOL But life was better.
Riverbank Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 (edited) I wasn't alive in 1999 so 2020 Edited January 16, 2023 by Riverbank
PMKARDASHIAN Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 99 with ease. Such an iconic year in every way possible.
Desire Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999 easily. imagine living through the peak of covid over and over, being forced to stay in your home for 7+ months
GrandeVersace Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Most of you weren't even born at that time. Anyways either of those years I had a tight bussy.
Robert Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999. Anything than having to live through continuous lockdowns over and over.
Orsay Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 2020 was literally the worst year of all time so 1999 by default
Gorjesspazze9 Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 1999 cuz I didn’t have to pay bills or have any responsibilities. 2020 was horrible because I lost my job to Covid but still had to pay rent and a car note. 💀
Fayik Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 1999 and use all my knowledge from the 2000s-2022 to become the most rich and most intelligent person on repeat every year. I would use the melodies of all the biggest hits of the 2000s and become the most successful hitmaker of 1999 and change the culture and the world every time we repeat the year! Smash.
