ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted May 18, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted May 18, 2023 Y'all I have vivid memories from every album release, from getting up early in middle school for Animal then Cannibal. Replaying to s*it out of the iTunes early stream for Warrior at boarding school. Staying up until midnight for Rainbow in my childhood home and dancing in the car for High Road. I'm already emotional.mp3 thinking about Gag Order despite not being able to listen until tonight lmao Reading through everyone's reactions has been such a treat, one of my favorite aspects of being on here. Can't wait to hit play in twelve-ish hours
TomTom Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 4/5 from iNews, doesn't count for Metacritic. https://inews.co.uk/culture/kesha-gag-order-review-singer-album-anger-anxiety-2345007

selena_lavigne Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 re-streaming her discography and yup, Rainbow is my fav out of her first 5 albums. Cannibal is my 2nd fav. excited for this album
YR. Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 This is such a fantastic album. It might even be better than Rainbow Happy made me emotional
killer_rose Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 The ending of The Drama is so Fiona Apple, wow. Also Bjork's approach comes to mind several times in the album or is it just me? 1
YR. Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 The production is CRISP. All I Need is You is a masterpiece 1

AnonnonA Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Oh wow on first listen this album is EASILY a close second behind Rainbow - think it might even surpass Rainbow with repeated listens. The ballads are simply stunning. Only song that might need some time to grow on me (aside from the interludes) is OLCSUN 1
cyberpunkgoth Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 i hate that all i need is you and too far gone are both so SHORT
XxxKatyCatxxX Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 The album truly is a great showcase of Kesha's vocals and how she can play with them. I like how it has it's own character and sounds unlike any other album released this year. Oh, and a big plus for me is that the album have a theme. Good job, Kesha! The only negative thing I can say about this album is that Spaceship is still my favorite Kesha song. My ranking: Living In My Head Hate Me Harder Something To Believe In Too Far Gone Happy Fine Line Eat The Acid All I Need Is You Only Love Can Save Us Now Peace & Quiet The Drama Only Love Reprise Ram Dass Interlude 1
Junlin Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 halfway through the album she sounds so beautiful on this album omg 1
Aimen Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 the album is great i liked high road but it had so many fillers while this one is short innovative in terms of her sound with few fillers my favs from first listen of the new tracks are something to believe in , all i need is you and too far gone
LittleDreamer Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 The only song that didn't click with me is Living In My Head, I don't like the place it is on the tracklist. It's too acoustic and kinda breaks the flow IMO. Excellent album, she delivered. Very excited for her future as a musician. 1
gettsleazy Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Loving me Is running into a house that's burning down, baby Honestly Make it out alive and you'll get the best of me 3
scenekiller Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 This is her best album, and I'm not just saying that because it's new Stunning and unique while still clearly Kesha 1
TomTom Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Debuts with 82 on Metacritic! 80/100 from Rolling Stone! 2
Zahun Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Just finished my first listen to the whole album. Omg guys I’m totally slayed, imo it’s easily by far her most quality and consistent body of work yet consists of many ingredients and flavors that keep you on like a roller coaster of emotions. Something To Believe In is my most fav track atm. All I Need Is You & Happy are both beautifully heavenly sung I’m crying omg. Peace & Quite is so interesting B*tch how can I sleep tonight 4
