Short hair has always been Ryujin's signature hairstyle and It isn't even the first time she uses bangs. This, specifically, she's been publicly appearing with It's been months! Even before Drama's era

 

 

If anything It's just a coincidence and It's okay. But the way people here are trying to push a narrative of a purposeful copy + paste is extremely weird
