I know that she's gotten work done on her face but it was done so tastefully. She doesn't look botched. Older or like an alien. She truly is something else. She's the reason why I even gave Aespa a chance because I couldn't keep my eyes of her.

I like Better Things too but it was not the move for an English single imo, or at least it should have been a "bside" type to a main English single. They did it because it sounds like a lot of English pop but because it sounds like a lot of English pop, it doesn't stand out. Doing English tracks that are as impactful as their Korean ones would do way more to make them unique and appealing rather than seeming like just any type of a pop song you would hear in the background while shopping. Better Things is cute but SM needs to give them something with more power next time

It was the right move only because they need to play it safe. Their signature cyberpunk sound can be a little polarizing to the general public so a clean pop song is easier to cater and sell to the masses if that makes any sense. Better Things does not sound like anything that's popular in the US and I live here. I feel like it's the US thinks and expect K-Pop to sound like but with English lyrics if that makes any sense

Thats fair, I guess it makes sense to play it safe. If their signature sound is too risky, maybe they can find a happy medium? I just think the song should stand out more and maybe a more toned down version of their sound could work
