I searched and it has the same seating charts as BORN PINK tour.
I’m kinda shook since it’s much harder to sell out in Australia than LATAM or the US.

Hope it goes well for them

i had high hopes for baemon. when blackpink debuted it was a cultural event and everyone could tell they were really the next big thing overnight. all the current 4th gen girlies have to claw their way to the top (even newjeans had a slight sophomore slump) but baemon was really gonna be the next bp. yg may be a rat company but they have so much teddy goodwill and know how to serve EVENTS.

ahyeon was the center. baemon is just gonna turn out like le sserafim, just there with no center and above-average dancing ability releasing some mid girl crush songs and cashing in on their parent company's goodwill

Baemon wishes they could release bops after bops like Lesserafim does

YG EnterTITANICment is in shambles....:rip:

the rumors of her leaving began to circulate 2-3 months ago, IDK why YG didn’t announce it before the debut teasers started :rip:

maybe it’s really PS gone wrong :dancehall: but would they really kick her out for that? or did she leave on her own?

omg YG is such a loser and he sounds so desperate opening the doors for her coming back in the future to prevent the falling of his stocks

Twice are in a unique position they are on good terms with their agency and have several years ahead of them to do whatever they want. It's a great opportunity to explore other music genres or reinvent themselves like many western artists do with each new album. If they are hungry enough, I think they have what it takes to surprise everyone with their comebacks and release new bops

Twice 5th generation leader is not on anyone bingo card, that's why it needs to happen :gaycat5:

You spilled. I love how you think. This thread needs more people like you :bird:

You spilled so much this post made me emotional. :clap3: I’d say it’s true for almost any female soloist or group that they never get their flowers at the time but I noticed a change once 3rd gen slowed down where people were being way less harsh on them because it wasn’t as much about stan wars comparing who was doing best. I saw so many tiktoks about their varied discography and how talented they are and no one was arguing or disputing. Definitely people are looking at them through a different lens these days just like what happens with many artists when they prove staying power. I just feel so proud of them

Ughh I was listening to Wendy's I Have Nothing cover and it really clicked with me where RV has been, where they are now, and what they'll be one day. Something about this comeback has made it click with me that RV are really kpop legends. They'll be a beloved group for years to come and will one day sit alongside those iconic 2nd gen groups as quintessential kpop excellence despite how much kpop fans have discredited them in the past

And thinking about all the s*** Yeri went through is so heartbreaking. We're around the same age so while it upset me at the time, I didn't realize how truly awful and evil it was because I was also a teen and didn't fully recognize just how young she was. The way so many people were attacking a high school girl is insane. Like all the insults, forced controversies, and people acting like she was a stain on the group for what? She was so young and already at such a difficult age and working in such a brutally exhausting industry. I can't imagine how damaging all that hate was. But new kpop stans don't even know all the awful things that were said about a 16 y/o girl, instead they now just see Yeri as the beautiful confident woman she is now as a member of one of the most acclaimed ggs

idec if it's lame to write essays about a gg like this. I love RV and I'm so happy to see them getting the recognition they deserve after all the years of being discredited and putting up with evil kpop fan s***

It's for the best. If she was still in the group and debuted we will never hear the end of it from their antis about her scandal

I do. Most of the members there are minors. I already expect kpop stans to be toxic asf to them the moment they debut, even more when they have "bullets" (scandals) to throw at them

And yeah, she has the most star quality, so she wouldn't have problem looking for opportunities elsewhere, whether it's in another group or as a soloist

Never apologise for your passion !!! You better speak on it, this is a crucial moment in their career imo

I have been on this site ten years (ew) and never much entered this thread because I thought it was too messy and out of my depth but since I’ve gotten into K-Pop properly again it’s been so refreshing seeing such large posts and in depth discussion about the girlies. My friends are absolutely sick of me talking about RV so :rip:

Also re Yeri yeah it’s important we don’t forget that because people always gloss over stuff with rose coloured glasses but the hate she received was seriously so bad.i can’t imagine the group without her. I hope she’s doing okay all things considered.

I should watch their killing voice soon! :chick2: And yea, love DK. Him and Seungkwan are such a great combo once they start harmonizing and ad libbing during performances

Also I found some performances from the musical he was in a while back. His theater voice is so different from his sound in Seventeen and so beautiful too. While Seungkwan is my favorite technically, I think DK is my favorite when it comes to emotion for the group

As much schadenfreude as I'm getting from watching YG spiral, realistically Baemon's debut is still going to be a success. They're blackpink's junior group and YG's new gg which is (still) enough to make people tune in and that's all they need. It would take a pretty massive, highly coordinated boycott (+ active sabotage) from blinks for them to fail imo~

So true about people downplaying the Yeri hate. 3rd gen stans were so brutal sometimes tbh the way people talked about Umji who was also just a teen girl was absolutely horrendous. Kpop stans today are definitely not angels but I feel like it's at least less acceptable/mainstream to bash teen girls for their looks (or in Yeri's case, joining a group). I'm so happy to see both of them rise above the hate and be the confident women they are today

Anyways Umji beautiful. Yeri beautiful. RV acclaimed legends.
