In WENDY's case, she has performed many many cover songs on her live radio show on a weekly basis, fully live with zero editing on her voice (singing even after she's been talking a lot/presenting the show), so her voice is very clearly the real deal.

SNSD I remember, it was SM who revealed some members hadn't yet renewed in August 2017, then the announcement that 3 members left came in October 2017. But the group never disbanded.

 

If YG is smart, they will avoid disbanding BP and copy SM's strategy. 

I think what’s is different with SNSD, is that they weren’t the best selling act of SM at that times + Taeyeon and Yoona renewed so that’s why they might not had a problem announcing that some members were leaving

Wendy vocal queen and RV best vocalist group of 3rd gen wbk and there's no discussion

4th gen harder because we're rarely hearing live singing these days and I'm not as up-to-date. I think it's Aespa when SM turns on their mics?

 

2nd gen is also easy. These queens were the best vocalist group of 2nd gen. SNSD the best for mainstream/successful kpop though

I can’t find the video, but I remember watching a video ranking the 4th gen. Miss SINGSING was third behind two vocalists from another group whose name I can’t remember either. @Pluto2022 is the one that told me about them.
