If we include Red & Velvet concept then RIIZE has the biggest gimmick of constructing a whole fanbase for members then removing them from the group they were to make them debut elsewhere...

Their y2k/1st gen idol concept is technically a gimmick but unlike the groups you mentioned it's not actually built into their concept & they def have room to move & grow so... yeah i guess so. Crazy to think about.

They still did SMTOWN in Kwangya, and participated in the album... Now which idols did a pre-debut in SMTOWN in original songs?
