Also Irene was during her peak more relevant than any Twix member (their individual popularity always sucked so no surprise).

The fact that SKZ are selling out DOMES IN KOREA while RV are doing theaters in Korea, despite having the "hits" or whatever over there Check yourself because I always make it a point that domestic digitals are not overly significant. Why I’ve brought them up in this instance is because Circle weeds out fraudulent fanbase-driven streaming. So when you downplay Red Velvet’s music quality because more people are supposedly streaming Stray Kidz, it’s important to add context and show that in the only country in the world that weeds out mass streaming from fanbases, Stray Kidz are bombing. If the fans care about their music so much, then how come they have less than 16M total certified streams?

Mitsuki Posted November 4, 2023 Posted November 4, 2023 (edited) Having a domestic hit would be an addition to Stray Kids' amazing career. They already have everything a domestic digital hit can province to a group. What is brand deals/endorsements/CFs, both domestically and abroad, expansive popularity globally within the niche, domes in South Korea, a lot groups consistently covering and dancing to multiple of their songs, producers mentioning on social media agencies ask for songs like Stray Kids to their newer groups and many rookies being influenced by them to enter the industry. They were even recognized by the government itself. I genuinely don't know what more that they take from this. As I said, It would be very nice, but I'm not sure what would severely change. Save-Me-Oprah Posted November 4, 2023 Posted November 4, 2023 But yeah Ms Pluta coming for a group that just had a successful debut is kinda rich considering SKZ had a whole Mnet reality show to kick off their debut and still were nugu'd until 2020 1 1 1

Can you try rereading again because you’re clearly not following your own conversation? You said that RIIZE are massive flops. I just posted their stats and related it to your own faves. I don’t care to speculate on where RIIZE will end up or anything because I haven’t bothered to check them out and I hate SM, but now you’re just trying to downplay everyone and you have no grasp of what the stats actually look like. So I’m posting them for you.

It's literally a known fact that SKZ are bigger outside of Korea especially Japan and have the most diverse global streaming composition: These are the 5 biggest Kpop acts right now, and you can see their regional streaming, with SKZ being the most diverse and being least dependent on Asia, since it only makes 39 % of their total on demand streams while it makes over 50 % for the others in the list Edited November 4, 2023 by Pluto2022 1
