On to my last The Boys video. The comeback stage of all comeback stages, the way this emoji perfectly captured how shook, scared their peers were and the industry that time that they had to cancel their CB plans not to cross the Hags' they were on their  absolute imperial phase

Oh, dear KTRL, where fandoms clash like a zoo full of wild animals vying for dominance. It's a jungle out there, and trust me, it's not for the faint of heart.

 

The SM Sheep, those die-hard fans of the K-pop giant, SM Entertainment, are like a herd of obedient followers who wouldn't question their bias if they were asked to jump off a cliff. They graze on a diet of perfectly synchronized choreographies and ethereal visuals, and woe betide anyone who dares to criticize their beloved idols. The SM Sheep are the gatekeepers of perfection, and they'll gladly let you know it.

 

Then we have the JYP Pigs, the quirky bunch who revel in the organic and eccentric. They're all about "organic" this and "quirky" that, and their stans wear their stray hair and pajamas with pride. You'll often find them oinking in delight at the latest Stray Kids or TWICE comeback, and they couldn't care less about the traditional K-pop glamour. To each their own, right?

 

But let's not forget the HYBE Hyenas, who roam the K-Pop savanna with a cunning edge. They're here for world domination, and their BTS and NewJeans banners are like their war flags. They cackle with glee as they watch their favorites break records left and right, and they have a comeback ready for anyone who tries to challenge their K-pop kingdom.

 

And last but not least, the YG Rats, the street-smart rebels of the K-Pop world. They thrive on controversy, scandals, and swag. Their love for BLACKPINK and BIGBANG is as fierce as their loyalty to the YG brand, despite its rollercoaster reputation. They may not always play by the rules, but they've got style for days.

 

So, on KTRL, it's a menagerie of fanatics, each with their unique quirks and allegiances. It's a spectacle to behold, like watching a zoo where the animals not only roar but also throw shade, and where the stans are as fierce as the idols themselves. Welcome to the wild world of K-Pop on KTRL – it's a sassy, ferocious, and endlessly entertaining jungle.

And you chose to conveniently ignore the fact that V managed to outdo her in every metric except YouTube (yes, even Korea though that’s a mid-off) despite releasing much less commercially friendly music

You was the one who spoke about Spotify and including Lisa not me. I was talking about SK charts, nowhere I mentioned the global or any physical charts .   
 

So you are still going to pretend that V didn’t flop in SK?

I forgot about this omg  It's interesting how SKZ are casually able to sell out Gocheok Sky Dome in Korea, which is something only a selected few can. This whole narrative about SKZ being flops in Korea is finally over I fear

The initial question was "did V flop" and @BTS answered with receipts showing that he clearly didn't globally. YOU were the one to try and pivot the conversation into Korean stats.

 

Love Me Again and Lalisa both peaked at #29 on melon daily, but V was at least able to chart Rainy Days and Slow Dancing within the top 100 too while Money peaked outside the top 100 despite its virality. So while V underperformed in Korea, that was largely expected considering the type of music he released. Despite this, he is doing better than Lisa globally . So yes, if you still consider him a flop then Lisa is an even bigger one!

He has 3 songs on MELON TOP 100. He have sold more than 2 million physical albums both Hanteo and Gaon Cirle. Two songs on his album have already surpassed 100 million streams, and the third is approaching. What can I say? Flop like V.
