Tao (and Luhan and Kr*s) also sued for exploitation, issues with profits/pay (an issue that has arisen again this year) and discrimination.

As someone who is gen z with all my siblings and friends also being gen z this is very much a stretch. Even though they’re more successful I would truly say that someone like Bebe rexha is way more known then them at least to my demographic.

 

Like I said, this just becomes an anecdote battle and those are truly useless. I have the exact opposite stories of you where people who dont give any fucks about kpop have asked me if "the pink haired one is jimin" after their SNL performance in 2019 (they knew I was a kpop fan). At the end of the day data is the only thing that we can really trust, and there are no surveys that have asked the American GP about BTS (that I know of)

You mean aside from the repetitive rants against Jessica, the insistence that the SM idols discussed have had the option to leave after 7 years (with zero proof of this), the incorrect information regarding contract lengths of EXO, f(x), Jessica and others, plus the incorrect information about Red Velvet. 

 

It's the mark of someone who has run out of logical and viable arguments when you are forced to pivot to claiming I'm wrong and lying with zero evidence to support it. 

 

I snipped out the first part of your post because it was excessive and I just don't care to read attacks about Jessica which have no place in this particular topic. I also felt bad for others in this thread getting confronted by walls of text from you which I then have to dissect due to the inaccuracies and spurious claims being made about me and what I have said. There is no admission to be taken from that.

Again your own fav left SM before the 10 year mark with 0 retribution. You're the one who needs to back up their claims and came with nothing but hand waving and skirting around the topic. There is no over 10 year slave contract for anybody. There is no proof for a 10 year contract for any GGs. The repeated attempts to delete these facts from your responses and to change the topic didn't make me forget.

 

Characterizing me as a company stan purist when I am a known NCT anti and spent my summer complaining about Red Velvet vanishing and joking about terrorism against the company is a choice. But your posts on this topic are full of chosing to ignore facts and invent a new reality.

We were discussing 7 year mark, not 10 year mark. I only ever said that SM has been using a loophole to extend the contracts of their idols beyond the legal maximum 7 year term. 

 

It was at that point, that you jumped in claiming that it was a myth, that I was lying and that it was all a construct of my imagination based off of a book.

 

When in reality, it has already been known for some time now, that no SM idol has been able to leave at the 7 year mark for at least the past decade, that there has been evidence of this through the contract end dates of idols, evidence submitted in lawsuits and statements showing that SM contracts go beyond 7 years and that several idols have been unhappy with the length and the restrictive terms. None of this is fiction. It's out there and documented and evidenced by the actions of the people involved.

 

You decided to make an attempt to try and discredit me for being a Jessica stan (as evidenced by all your responses to me containing excessive levels of ranting about her, when she is of no major relevance to this topic...maybe my avi just triggers you, who knows!) and utterly failed in the arguments you were making.

Not a loophole, Tao sued specifically for that and case law is where legal loopholes get closed. The contracts are perfectly legal.

 

Since you seem to have a memory issue let me refresh you on what you actually said:

 

If you are writing essays and so unable to stand by what you said that you have to change the story and hope nobody notices it's safe to say I'm not the one who utterly failed here. You alleged over 10 year contract terms and kept doubling down until you decided it was "irrelevant" and changed the story. You've also backed down from "slavery" to "mistreatment". You lied. 🤥

I've written considerably less than you, and I'm well aware of what I wrote. 

 

If you're referring to my comments on NCT, there is no contradiction with anything I've said. SM has stated their contracts are "longer than usual" and will not expire until the end of 2024 at the earliest (which would be over 10 years since some members such as Taeyong began activities). Ten also told fans in a live/online fanmeeting in 2021 that The 7th Sense members have at least 5 years left of contract time (at that time), which also supports this. 

 

But never mind the facts (since they don't appear to matter to you), this whole exercise for you has been about attacking Jessica, that much is clear. Hopefully one day you'll get over whatever issues you have with her that cause such excessive reactions.
