Thanks for another wonderful era that sets Kpop  and representing Asian Women into global stardom, something west and mainstream pop media can't  

Something I noticed lately, If Kpop wasn't a thing. Are the gays in ATRL would even bother to advocate for an Asian Pop Girl or Asian artists? or they are all just doing now bc Kpop is kinda washing their faves, just my 2 cents

Lisa have the biggest fanbase but she will have to determine which market she will focus on. I can see her being big but still be in a niche. The western market will be hard to crack, look at how uk and us radio is not playing Seven at all despite being #1 on Spotify… And he’s backed by Hybe and Geffen… 

 

YG is trash, and I hate them, but leaving them when Kpop is exploding and when BP relevancy is huge is a big risk. If I was them I would renews for 3 years and ask for everything I want. YG lost GD, they don’t have anyone now. Also they still have the knowledge and the ressources to handle a comeback.

The whole BP era was indeed their worst one. But it’s bc YG greedy ass choose to not invest in the long run and focused only on PV. But they do have the ressources and the knowledge. Look at the budget for their Coachella stage or THE ALBUM era promotions.
