It’s interesting off all the 7 members only one member got a solo hit there. They should have start their solo careers when they were at their peak 

agree that they waited too long with solo activities, but most of the solos did decent in korea

kcharts have been female focused for a long time now & most male acts barely chart at all

Most male acts aren’t from the biggest BG all time. None of their solo surpassed 200 millions points in circle (Seven will soon) it’s not « decent » for their statut. 

 

But Chimin debuting with higher numbers than V on Spotify is shocking .  And Seven still getting more streams .

 

edit: overall V did debut with bigger #s than Jimin but not the TT

 

Is Taehyung the Selena Gomez of BTS ? 
 

And Geffen is really nasty to have let him and Olivia release on the same day

They pull 15M daily if we include features though, since the group as a whole is also credited as a feature on some of Jungkook's official solo songs such as Left Right and Dreamers for some weird reason. 

 

Btw, 12M daily is not even bad at all and they are still getting the most streams among Kpop acts  Most of their streams also go to the members solo profiles right now.

NewJeans released New Jeans and Super Shy when Taylor dropped Speak Now TV which did over 126M streams filtered.

 

And Super Shy is arguably the most important release of the era.
