i mean beautiful monster was a continuation of the young luv era (mature concept wise) and it flopped both internationally and domestically :deadbanana:

maybe BEP saw the success teddy bear had on korean charts and decided to go back to a brighter concept

IMO bubble is not “kidz bop” and more on line with their teen fresh stuff like asap and stereotype. i understand the criticisms about the dated sound though (especially the post chorus) & agree

I really hate how transparent BEP is when it comes to STAYC's b-sides. Like, none of their album tracks could be a title track and I find it really boring and lazy (maybe apart from Young Luv but it would need some production tweaks). I don't really understand why this is happening because Apink, TWICE and CHUNG HA who worked with BEP in the past all have really strong b-sides. I love albums where more than 1 song feels title worthy, fromis_9's latest release is a great example of that.

Before StayC they were never executive producer of albums (except Rado for Dok2 but that's in the past and he did produced one of the best K-Rap album of the early 2010's, but that's beside the point).

For example when they worked with BEAST they had been hired for 3 title tracks, 1 was used as Title Track

While the other were B-Side on their next album which is why that mini album was named one of the best album of that year. Because next to the intro, The 4 tracks were literally bought to be title tracks (yeah CUBE used to burn money like that), and if you look at their whole discography they only produced B-Sides for BEAST, TEEN TOP & StayC.

You can tell they don't know how to do it.

The closest we had were them, but they needed vocalists.

PLEDIS had the formula.

Is it only me or does EVERGLOW's upcoming album sound really... disappointing? SLAY is tacky and the b-sides aren't too great either... they usually have excellent b-sides, the entire Pirate and LA DI DA albums were phenomenal. I hope the full songs will be better because it's not looking good right now. :chick3:

YG CANNOT be serious with how much these tickets are to watch the Born Pink live stream :bibliahh:

YnflationG. I remember how much it was to buy an album from them back in the day. It wasn't even the album but the shipping coast and it was from their official shop.

All that from albums rusting, arriving broke or with defaults.

My thoughts exactly. Everyone's hyping those snippets up especially SLAY (:rip:) and I'm like... are y'all being serious? Even FIRST sounds more interesting than whatever this is

I just looked and $40 imo isn’t that bad, I was actually scared it would be $80-$100+

Now HeeJin from ARTMS will come back will this be the longest gap ever for a comeback? :spin: especially since this is her first come back

her come back is set to happen next October so the gap is OCTOBER 2016 - OCTOBER 2023 and she is still 22

FACT

Yeonhee deserved it the most

You can’t be serious Yeonhee is going to carry this group on her back hard Only her and Nana deserved it Something is not right about Hwiseo and no need of Yeeun or Kei please :rip:

I predict this group is going to be the biggest bomb in Kpop while Rocket Punch will thrive with their second wind

What the hell is going on on kpop twitter with all these “APOLOGIZE TO MUSLIMS” tweets :deadbanana:

:ahh::ahh::ahh: Who would sing then?

I do agree with you that the group will bomb, especially with that Rocket Punch girl. Their only way to redeem themselves is to release SNAP as a group I fear.

They didn't change it though? Or do you mean when they moved from July to September?
