The choreo is fine? the girls were  clearly enjoying executing those steps like not everything has to be bone  breaking type of choreo

It's literally Hip-Hip 101... The same steps that CUBE Ent teach to new trainees. Yoo Sonho did something really similar on Produce 101, when he learned dancing 1 week prior to the show.

Good for him/her, whoever that is? I'm not sure what point are you trying to make for a 1:45 clip. God forbid idols for not doing splits, backflips whatever and forget about enjoying the dance

I'm really curious about the first concept of SMROOKIES GG. They were so all over the place music wise from Disney to f(x), SNSD to ended up being aespa with a completely different line up.

It's because Min Hee-Jin left and she was originally working on the concept for their next GG. There was a planned release in 2018 (rumored as White Fox), but then she left the company and some time after, a lot of famous trainees then left (such as Lami, Yiyang, Koeun etc). There were rumors that MHJ and Lee Soo Man had fights because he wanted to include a worldview/AI concept and she was against it.

After she left, LSM fully took over the project and changed the direction, which became aespa.

Ningning was the only trainee revealed from SMRookies who made it to the group.

This is funny because I remember newjeans members making a video talking about how they have their own metaverse (phoning) a few days after debuting

Speaking of AI/metaverse. Aespa was bashed by a lot for being a KDA clone when SM already tried this with SNSD 4 years before Riot decided to used the Kpop formula.

Plus Hitsune Miku has been there for years and 2NE1 did had their virtual/animated concept once

Now most are doing it bc it's "cool"

Seventeen has been going through a similar path touring-wise. After their Dome Tour, I think they will jump on a World Tour soon too.

I see it being a mix of stadiums, domes and arenas overall. They might upgrade the venues on US (a few stadiums dates with arenas) and Japan (only Domes, or even stadiums along with them) in comparison to Maniac Tour. I think this time they will visit Canada too...

Latin America I think It will be mostly arenas, except for Brazil which I see them doing an Allianz Parque date.

Oceania, I think they will mantain the same Sydney and Melbourne 2 dates on the same venue.

SEA I think It will be mostly the same venues of Maniac Tour, tbh. Same for Korea and KSPO Dome.

Europe will also be all arenas, especially since It's their first time going for a World Tour there and I do see them not filling their demand, as they have a big following in the whole continent, not only the same Paris-Berlin-London route. And a lot of fans will travel.

I wonder If they will go to Middle East. Last year they went to Saudi Arabia for a Festival (only them and Chungha) with like 40k fans and the crowd was mostly for them, but It was cancelled when they were ready to go to stage due heavy raining. And It was promised they would comeback soon, but Idk :biblio:

Also Rip Africa, SKZ has a good following on some countries there and is the 3rd most streaming k-act on their streaming plataform on SA, but they will never go there, most likely.

Tldr: there's demand for them in the whole world i fear

Yeah I could see their upcoming world tour would be bigger than the Maniac tour with more countries/continents and bigger venue this time around.

Though I wish they covered a couple more dates on Oceania with other major cities like Perth in Australia as well as New Zealand. For Asia an extra couple of dates in Hong Kong and/or Macau or even Taiwan mainly to cater C-Stays since it doesn't look like mainland China will have Kpop concert for foreseeable future.

ROYAL 26,574,943

My Satisfaction 21,715,142

Take It 19,411,551

not that bad tbh especially that StarShip don't let IVE promote the bsides especially the bsides of their 1st full album (Blue Blood and Lips has so much potential).

Are there even genuine kpop hits in the states outside of Cupid and Nobody that aren't fanbase driven? Gangnam style did more damage than good.

Like it's just a cute english single. If it flops then it's just another Tuesday for us MYs :foxaylove3:

It would be amazing If they could go to Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan so c-stays could travel too. They have a big following in China, but due circustances... :sadviolin:

Who talks about splits and backflips... I just talk about them having a choreography showing up their skills.
