That’s what some of us say. She better get a good A&R team bc no offense but no one outside her big fanbase is going to use  songs like Lalisa love me and SG . Her song with Taeyang is her best song for a reason

Lalisa her flop single has 300M streams. 
sexy girl is certified gold in France. 
shoong will have soon 100M streams. Mind you all her songs are ****  (Maybe not shoong)

I think they were never meant to be promoted. 

Actually, Stray Kids don't promote on US outside tour. They did one late night show early this year to perform 'Maniac', but that's about it in like 4 years.

This is the ONLY time I wish JYP was as desperate as SM for Western success. It seems like ever since Wonder Girls, JYPIG hasn’t pushed their acts in the West as much compared to other companies?

yeah i know but for a long term career you cant just survive on hype. If she truly goes solo she needs to find her sound or its not sustainable. No matter how famous you are, the hype factor dies down sooner or later. 

I mean.. personally I liked her solos but because they had the kpop --oomph (cringey but flashy and interesting). Hypothetically ------ if she wants to get rid of her kpop star image and Teddy she has to find something which is more interesting and makes casual listeners stay after her initial hype dies out- which is not easy.

SM is not a reference to me, cause their marketing tactics are as outdated as JYP's. Not to mention, in the last few years they've chosen to push the wrongs acts for the western market instead of focusing more on their strongest markets (East Asia/SEA). JYP is slighty better, cause at least they focus on their artists with the most global potential. Even If they could do better.

Lisa has a chokehold in Thailand for obvious reason (and SEA in general), and they are all fastest-growing markets for Spotify. But they are not as lucrative as US, Korea, Japan or China
