Gallup is a popularity ranking. Look at how none of the OMG songs were in the top 10 in 2020 despite scoring biggers hits than some and with a smash b side!
 

But if you want to use Gallup, I can still say that the most popular gg song in 2011 was Roly Polly and Alone was still the most popular gg song in 2012

And? It's the biggest reputable year end popularity ranking in Korea that surveys Koreans in all demographics 

 

 

Congrats for Sistar for having the #1 GG Song that year and scoring the biggest hit of their carrer but NA the  following year
