Atp it’s time to admit. JYP groups release whatever songs for the sake of sales. :bunny:
Because why would twice drops their worst EP since like 2017? After dropping solid albums previously. All of that to promote their world tour

The album is great but spicy? It’s all the same melody for three minutes. Girls was a mess but at least it had some interesting elements. Spicy is straight up noise.

But Jyp of all companies should know it's possible to provide good music AND have good album and tour sales? Why does everyone company in SK act as if there can only be one? It's so off-putting hoe this business however became successful.

Yeah, it's about time they change it up cause Zero-class is just a horrible version of Godiac. SKZ does indeed have their own "Teddy formula" when you think about it. They need to change it up and start making music that can appeal to everyone while still having their sound. All eyes are on them right now, even domestically since they literally made it to the national news for selling 5M albums. The fact that this is their best performing song ever domestically shows that people in Korea are starting to checking them out. Like could you imagine how even better they could've charted right now if they actually released a good song with a strong melody instead, but no they had to release the most noisiest song ever since Side Effects :biblio: We need Pop Kids for the repackage!

I get that Stray Kids want to pave their own way or whatever but now is literally not the time for that. The executives at JYP have got to be smoking Crack. Ain't no way I was on the board of reps and not pushing out my totally viable bts replacement with nonsense songs like that.

no second single treatment for Thirsty

they shouldve just dropped the full video for it instead of pointless track videos. they were so close to a visual album

Stray Kids lead singles are incredibly one note. Like a lot of successful kpop groups, they get one freaking song that does it for them and then just keep repeating that song and line distribution structure for all eternity.

Miroh, Double Knot, Maniac, Case 143, God's Menu, District 9, this song, Back Door are all different songs but are also just variations or the same idea. Some done better than others (i.e. Case 143, God's Menu, Maniac, Back Door versus some of their other output).

They keep attacking their music from the same angle. They've got to break up the monotonous nature of their music.

Are the people at JYP not self aware? Are Stray Kids themselves unaware? They've literally slotted themselves into the perfect position to takeover BTS's position and this is the music they give us? Like noise music can be good but this was not! This isn't the time for their expiermental junk. This is the time to give us their own version of I need U, Run, Spring Day or even Dope or Fire if they want to release noise music.

Someone at Jype better get those boys together. They're missing out on a huge opportunity.

JYP LOVES to fumble the bag when his artists are at their biggest globally. Its giving Twice releasing Set Me Free after a US media blitz which could have been even bigger for them. :rip:

Remember when JYP had the first kpop group to break into America with Nobody and then they gave them this song:rip:

God I forgot how much Autotune ruled the late 2000’s😭

the fact that Somi has already been through 2 survival shows, a failed girl group, and a failed solo career and she's only 22 :deadbanana4:

Are people still pretending that Spicy is a good song? Like come on guys, even I as a big SKZ stan admitted to not liking Zero-class and the 0-Star album

Girls was also a great song. Y’all have got to learn that not all of us want some Lo-fi, hot adult contemporary song. I want singers who can SING and I want dramatic songs with a climax and purpose. Let the B-sides serve the purpose of toned-down R&B (Thirsty) and gives us drama with the title tracks

JYP’s creative team just has no vision. They clearly spent all of their time looking for motivated idols and top-notch choreographers and gave up on vocal teachers and A&R.

Honestly, Spicy is what JYP needs. Give us some impressive vocal performances, an executed concept and a mini-album with quality. Like Sneakers could have been a good concept, but it ended up just being three random concepts (royalty, military, Y2K) thrown in together.

Will fromis_9 have a chance to win music shows with Stray Kids coming back before them? :chick3:

Not with national fave Lim Young Woong comeback on the same day with them.

Don't ever underestimate his ahjummas and grandmother fanbase power that even Army struggle to fight off with voting. It's over to all of our faves release in June including Stray Kids.

JYP has a new formula — the change-up, used by both NMIXX and SKZ now.

ITZY’s next one will definitely have one.

Not sure how successful it will be though, given the track record.

SNSD should be jailed for I Gotta Boy. The butterfly effect if that never existed is real! :rainy:

3 RATCHA is the main problem here. They need outside input as well. It feel like they released the same thing again and again as title track. Stop 3 Ratcha, Save SKZ
