Keep in mind that he had only been a trainee at JYP for 1 month when they filmed the SKZ survival show, so he probably didn’t have any cosmetic surgery at that time either

Though we will never know 100 % of course if he ever had any cosmetic surgeries, but he’s definitely more on the natural side
