Danielle was 14 or 15 when she started training at HYBE.

She signed to Pledis in 2018 which was taken over by Hybe in 2020 so do the math

She was probably 16 when she signed with Pledis and 18 the Hybe transfer happened, then 19 when she signed to Source

yes it is but nowadays idols only trained for 2 years at most I've never seen an idol that debuted recently (not counting redebuts) that trained for more than 2 years except for moon sua i guess

Most Babymonsters have trained for at least 3-4 years, and still haven't debuted.

neither of the two BABYMONSTER rappers are anything to write home about tho

drop em, debut as a 5 member all vocal slayer group and teach Chiquita how to rap later if absolutely necessary

the vocalists are really really strong and some of the best vocalists yg has ever had but the rappers :doc:

I think they should just focus on being a vocal group. it will be a huge change for yg and maybe it will pay off too

but Asa is amazing and an all rounder, I would say the best 4th gen rapper :fish2: Ruka is pretty and has good presence (and is the oldest so she’s kinda needed? :rip:) but she’s struggling with enunciation a lot ana that would be a huge downgrade from Jennie and Lisa

oh he’s back to the Daechwita aesthetic, good, it suits him better and that’s where he shines solo

but it’s not near the forementioned song, quite understandable since it will be tough to top that
