I doubt Japanese fans of NCT Tokyo is going to care much for to support WayV and vice versa.

I wanna say before Q4 but this SM were talking about so at the earliest during the end of the year. So many things got pushed back last year and SM wants to debut a new girl and boy group. The boy group would have to be timed in a way not to interfere with Tokyo's debut but since were already in Q2 either that's going to happen either way or the boy group isn't going to debut.
