Armani? Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 (edited) Percentage of calories from healthy, plant based foods. Added sugar, most added cooking vegetable oils*, candy, most Fruit juices*, white flour products, white rice & French Fries/potato chips etc dont count. Meat, Eggs & Dairy also dont count I ate around 1630/1994 of my Calories on December 29th from healthy plant foods, so I score 82%. So I get a B- The average American scores 12% https://www.webmd.com/diet/healthtool-food-calorie-counter Can use this to estimate calories if you dont have a app Edited December 31, 2022 by Armani?
shookspeare Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 Probably close to 100 if I'm understanding this correctly, I usually only eat salmon (cooked with olive/avocado oil), vegetables, fruit, and nuts. For drinks usually either green tea or water. I cut out added sugar years ago so it restricts me quite a lot I'm very restrictive but it works for me I lose points for the occasional gin and tonic or chocolate, so I'm probably around 90-100 on any given day. Mess at the average score being a 12

Mess at the average score being a 12 Oil is like 100 calories per tablespoon & salmon wouldnt count here, so it's unlikely you're at 90 - 100% unless you eat a lot of calories. It's unrealistic to be that high tbh, I'm vegan and only got 82% lol. I'd be impressed tbh if you broke it down & showed it

Number 9 Posted January 1, 2023 Posted January 1, 2023 Probably the average american score but thankfully genetics has blessed me with a extreme metabolism. My new year’s resolution is to go on a healthy diet, but I said that last year do we’ll see.
