Wow all the shows have sold out thus far w no new music. Amazing.

She needs to do a second leg and come to DC. :giraffe:

Folks from DC really don't like going to Bristow :rip:

I always thought downtown arena shows were bad, but I can see how amphitheaters in the middle of nowhere with very few exits are terrible for traffic.

Posted this in the other TA tour thread in the base but posting again here

So according to my calculations, Janet grossed $11,410,064 from the 10 shows she did in April 2023 from those touring data tweet reports.

This was the top 30 tours of March 2023 based on gross according to Billboard.

https://www.billboard.com/pro/coldplay-march-2023-boxscore-report-number-one/

She may have a chance breaking into the top 10 tours for April 2023 when Billboard publishes the next monthly tour ranking, but top 20 in the 11-15 rank is very likely. :gaynetcat2:

She was amazing last night in Toronto. I've seen RWU, #1s, Unbreakable, SOTW and Metamorphosis and I think this was the best one (maybe Rock Witchu was better). She had so much energy, her moves were on point, she was singing live, the audience was in tune every moment.

My only note - please drop The Best Things, such a nothing song taking up prime real estate.

Also I wish she actually sang Girlfriend/Boyfriend

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself!

And :rip: about TBTILAF, either do it in full or drop it!

Wow. Can’t wait for Milwaukee to break the streak :hippo:

They will pull people from the lawn and put them into seats and report a 5000/5000 sold out show, we love a 100% sold out show.

I’m seeing her soon :duca:

She's been gradually cycling in and out and debuting 20 YO songs throughout the whole tour and I NEED her to debut Daybreak at the Bowl show. Such an underrated bop

I made it to Chicago. This will be my 16th time seeing Janet perform!

Is there going to be a 2nd leg?  I need to go

Considering it's the Opening Night of the Hollywood Bowl's season, I wouldn't rule it out since the LA show is going to be exciting. I was thinking she might add Call On Me, but I feel most of the songs from 20 YO she performed fit the setlist more than Call On Me. :rip:

I will definitely get So Excited if she debuts All Nite (Don't Stop) :duca:

If there is a second leg, I'd imagine it comes whenever the next documentary drops...

Or the next Vegas residency

Chicago will be her biggest crowd for this tour. The venue has a maximum capacity of 28k and it is sold out.

I went over to Baltimore instead of Bristow. The drive wasn’t bad at all.

I can’t see her playing the Capital though. She would struggle to sell there :dancehall:

I actually think she could fill the CapOne arena. There are a TON of black gays in the area + successful black women.

also I feel like she’s getting a lot of organic grassroots buzz. She comes up in random conversations I have these days, and my friends are in their 20s.

I feel like “forgiving” Justin Timberlake bought her a TON of goodwill with the public. I’m starting to think it was the right thing to do. People love her again.

I don't know why she keeps going back to Milwaukee, she's never done well there. She couldn't even sell 2000 tickets on Number Ones there.

She sold out Capital One Arena in 2017 though.

Nothing official yet and a second leg can wait until the winter.

Europe hasn't happened in years (manifesting a London residency after some EU festivals and theaters), Latin America has never happened and she's due for some sold out arenas in South Africa, Asia and Australia/NZ.
