How to get slimmer/more prominent cheekbones/jawline?

Ok so when you get older your face generally starts getting rounder or fatter or worse, double chin despite having average fit body. How do you get rid of the fat on your face and jawline/neck if it's possible?

Just accept your aging gracefully. Life is too short to worry about all that :heart: 

PS Walk 10k steps a day and drink 4litres of water everyday

I've been struggling with the same. It's hard to keep balance between embracing your aging, but also being nostalgic about the way you used to look when you were younger. What has worked for me is cardio, drinking lots of water and avoiding overly-salty foods or too much sugar.

Just exercise, eat healthy and don’t be fat. There’s demands for all ages in the gay community as long as you’re not fat :giraffe:  Men look ******* great for all ages if they age gracefully. You’ll only start to look ugly pass like 65

also, dont eat trashy food

 

There are some face exercises too..but not sure if they work (they say they do)

 

 

 

I actually noticed that with age, the face gets more on you

sure skin start dripping down..but only if u are exposing it to sun,not protecting it and tbh genes

but I've actually had a rounder puffier face when I was in school

Ikr I took a look at my prime during high school-college years and I'm like damn I need to AT LEAST retain the youth as much as I can before it's too late.

Actually your face loses volume as you age 

Just stay fit & take it easy with the alcohol and you wont get a double chin

- work out

- do gua sha on your face everyday

- look into mewing

I had no jawline when I was 18, but got a super sharp jawline and cheekbones in a single year by losing weight and mewing

 

some people call it a pseudoscience but it really worked for me

don’t do this, everyone i know who does it has said that if you stop for even a day your old face starts coming back FAST . Unless u wanna commit to it every single day for the rest of ur life

I just incorporated it into my daily skin care routine and it became a habit. It makes sense that it would go back to how it was before if you stop doing it though, just like any other physical exercise I guess lol

It all depends on your bone structure & position of smass tissue. 

-If your only issue is excess fat , then losing weight/liposuction is an option, but, if your jaw is naturally "weak" there is no other option than having the muscles & soft tissue repositioned with surgery and maybe adding a chin implant (if it's needed).

-The hard cheek look can only be achieved with implants (Filler only gives the appearance of round cheeks , but no definition).

You can also accept your face and try to look the best with what you naturally have :)

BUT:

-There is also the possibility that you have an underbite , in that case it needs to be corrected with Orthognatic surgery which will bring the lower maxilar forward preventing long term health issues such as sleeping apnea.
