Just watched Contracorriente/Undertow (2009) and thought it was pretty good. Starts out with a somewhat similar setup of an affair between two dudes, one of who has a wife and kid on the way, but deviates from the formula pretty quickly. Definitely not what I was expecting at all. And a (somewhat) rare case where both of the leads were attractive  (And they had nice butts.)

I'll def watch (even though I don't find the leads attractive)  But sometimes these foreign gay films take a while to come to US streaming platforms
