you are correct!! however luke offered her freedom with the exchange that she'd publicly state she lied about dr luke's abuse. i'm sure you can figure out yourself that she clearly must've not lied since that point she plunged herself into an 8-year-long lawsuit against him, where she consistently faces losses because of luke's power and finess over her, his connections, the funds he receives from other artists and projects he's profitting off INCLUDING kesha, etc.

NO, not to the extent Kim Petras does.  Where are the daily or weekly Doja x Luke threads?  Mariah, Queen of Christmas, is beloved on this site but she has worked with Luke.  So many of our favorite artists have and continue to work with or be associated with him.  Katy defended him after the Kesha allegations came out.  And yet, this energy is reserved mostly for the least relevant person he works with.

 

The truth is far more complicated than random pop fans on this site care to realize.  Kim should be proud of her work and she has every right to defend herself from being unfairly and obsessively targeted.

 

Didn't Mariah Carey also say that she likes Dr. Luke and supports him or something like that?

And even then, I don't think much will come from it in terms of the case being detrimental to Luke's career or him being charged with anything. He has all the power, money and influence. Much like the Heard and Depp case. Harvey Weinstein was a unique and very rare case in which powerful, predatory men are actually held accountable for their actions in the court of law.

He's not supposed to be charged with anything, it's his lawsuit - not Kesha's. She just wants her freedom and the all the money he stole from her.

Who knows maybe it’s in her contract to support Dr Luke ? Also getting signed as a trans pop star at a time was difficult 

 

Doja Cat indirectly supports dr Luke anyway. She is signed to Kemosabe and judging by the amount of hits and planet her success. Doja is the one paying Luke’s rent lately. Kim’s catalogue is very unknown compared. Also doja cat had to problem working with him when he made her career happen but now it’s okay t drop him since she has a platform why should Kim be one taking the hit.

I'm curious about it. Doja and kim have a contract "forcing them" to work with a specifically producer?.

The issue isn’t Kim shouldn’t be criticised because others arent, its everyone should be criticised. She always has ignored the core issue which is Kesha and another unnamed woman’s rape allegations 

 

Doja signed before allegations, while she’s just as bad as saweetie and Nicki is another can of worms who does this but with convicted pedophiles and murderers too
