Because we believe women? Or at least the non-women hating gays do… this specific case aside, what does a woman have to gain from claiming she was raped/SA? Yet, it is so hard in a ‘court of law’ and so many alleged rapists get acquitted. The imbalance of power and justice in these situations is so unfair towards the victims, why would any woman want to put herself in that situation?

There hasn't even been an opportunity to "prove" anything yet because the trial hasn't even begun. Dr. Luke did not even attempt to dismiss any of Kesha's claims on the merits at this stage.

 

And even setting that aside, there is already more than enough evidence for anyone with a brain to see that Kesha is telling the truth.

If there is so much sufficient evidence then she should have no problem when the trial starts, no?

 

I haven’t really payed much attention to the case if I’m being honest, but as it stands currently, until this has been settled in court and a verdict has been reached then back to my initial point I don’t think it’s fair to cancel him fully and Kim does have a point as annoying as she is (his career has suffered immensely anyway)
