I never once said she cant prove it. By the way her post made perfect sense. A lot of other artists work with Dr. Luke yet she is the one who gets labeled a "rape apologist" while people like you stream Dr. Luke songs all the time. YOU are the hypocrite here not her.

A lot of people don't work and hang out with other 5 rapists. And they do get called rape apologists for working with Luke.

You need to seriously get a hold of reality…

Imagine being so consumed by hate towards a public figure you go out of your way every single day to personally attack strangers on the internet. :rip:

You’re not in a better mental space than kim or people you degrade in this thread…

pathetic, truly.

I get how this can be annoying for her... but its annoying for the fans too. And to be honest she is nothing special, her music is trashy and not even in a good way

But you don't know me, so why make that assumption that I stream Luke's productions on the daily? You try to be edgy for no reason and didn't even properly responded any of the times to my actual post.

A lot of acts get called out for working with Luke, R.Kelly among others. Kim has acted in a way for years now like it didn't bothered her and that she didn't care. This reply makes her come across as dumb imo. in relation to the way she responded before, because she digged a hole for herself with it. But that's my opinion. I can easily move on and leave this thread, but for some reason you even want my non-excisting Spotify log-in

My reply was mainly directed at all the people who are making fun of kesha or her case. Why put Kesha down so much, while trying to defend Kim? You can defend Kim without doing that. And that was meant in general.

Honestly the people who say Kesha can't prove anything are disgusting. Loads of women and other rape/SA victims can't prove their cases.

I hope if you people end up in a similar situation you actually get believed and otherwise i hope you remember the crap you wrote on here and cry yourself to sleep knowing you ridiculed an other victim.

You truly deserve any karma that comes your way, Kim included for all these stupid stuff said

But technically if it hasn't been proved in court, then why should the person being accused be completely cancelled? It kinda goes both ways...

And Kim is right :cm:

Not Kim already squandering her 15 minutes of goodwill she had gathered from the stan community :chick3:

Now that she admitted it with her whole chest, she can't backtrack and feign ignorance. Terrible career move. There's a reason other artists locked in his contracts don't talk about it.

I think we have to agree to disagree. Like I said in my og post. I hope it doesn't happen to people, but if it does, I truly hope people believe you...

Karma already did its job. That blasphemous piece of **** song she released flopped harder than an unsigned indie artist. Absolutely pathetic performance for a Max Martin single on a major label following a #1 Hot 100 hit. She is NEVER going to happen as a solo artist. EVER.

I can’t officially speak for or against Dr. Luke. Do I personally think he’s a POS and support Kesha? Yes. Can I officially pass judgment on him? No. Do I think that Kim has definitely crossed a line when speaking on Dr. Luke when it comes to disregarding someone’s SA/rape claims? Yes. All she had to say was that she has never personally experienced any sort of abuse while working with him. She doesn’t have to state that she’s absolving him or denying any sort of misconduct with other individuals but that she wouldn’t be siding with them either. Instead she tried to call Kesha a liar and has repeatedly defended him on a personal level.

Again, I think Dr. Luke is scum and multiple artists out there have said that they hated working with him even before Kesha. He’s written and/or produced some great tracks that I still enjoy, but ultimately i can’t really support him because of how he’s treated other people. If Kim would keep it professional, she may not have nearly as much backlash as she has had. She’s talented. Id love to see a trans artists break into the mainstream and succeed. But idk if I can support it while she blindly supports him.

The hilarious thing about this site is that despite streaming Luke's music on a daily basis by the bigger artists he works with, ya'll still CHOOSE to come for the only artist he works with who has failed to chart by herself and is coincidentally trans.

"Other artists get dragged too!!!!" NO, not to the extent Kim Petras does.  Where are the daily or weekly Doja x Luke threads?  Mariah, Queen of Christmas, is beloved on this site but she has worked with Luke.  So many of our favorite artists have and continue to work with or be associated with him.  Katy defended him after the Kesha allegations came out.  And yet, this energy is reserved mostly for the least relevant person he works with.

The truth is far more complicated than random pop fans on this site care to realize.  Kim should be proud of her work and she has every right to defend herself from being unfairly and obsessively targeted.

Did Kesha even win? I always felt her story was weird and wonky

It is not remotely over at all and her story has never been "weird and wonky". It has been the exact same story for 17 years.

She lost over and over and over

Nonsense, stop talking about things you don't know anything about.

I feel like if he would have released her from the contract she didn’t like she would have never even jumped on the me too movement but whatever.

She has been trying to get out this contract for 17 years, half her life and since the rape happened, and only filed the lawsuit once she had exhausted every other possibility to achieve that goal. This works against Dr. Luke and maybe you should inform yourself before making insensitive remarks like this.

Pathetic comment from her and I really enjoy her songs…

If she wants to work with him, she should just stay silent and not say embarrassing stuff like this. :rip:

She stays making stupid ass tweets my god. She always manages to make Twitter hate her again and again instead of just staying silent

Why is supporting rapists becoming so normalized what the **** :mazen:

Why is rape apologism not subjected to ZTP though? @ATRL Administration @ATRL Feedback

Questioning/mocking an abuse victim's experience and openly praising a rapist is allowed but using nicknames is where they draw the line!

She has a good point that lots of people work with him and don't get bashed for it, but still she should learn that it's best for her to remain silent abt it

Anybody who defends her is just as disgusting as she is.

Because she's a niche gay artist whose following is limited to Stan Twitter, they generally tend to be more woke and eager to drag people for their problematic actions. Other artists who worked with Luke have more mainstream presence and therefore are more able to get away with this. That doesn't make Kim any less wrong and gross in the situation though. Similar thing happened to slayyyter when her racist Twitter got exposed but she managed to bounce back from it by apologizing, something Kim has never done

Katy has never defended Like after the allegations became public btw

Aren't there rumors about Dua working with him too and people here love her. I wonder
