It should be

it was the first celeb fragrance from what I know

 

edit: Correction - Sophie Loren had the first celeb fragrance ('81)
Cher also launched one before Elizabeth ('87)

but Elizabeth's was the first Big perfume that created an empire ('91)

I don't think the Hive has talked about Heat for literally years.  But, it literally was announced as such like a decade ago. I don't think it's been sold for a very long time though now. So I would've been extremely surprised had it featured on a "current" list.
