I once read a user post on here that, though they agree with gun laws, they felt every LGBT person should at least know how to use a gun and have some sort of weapon for protection if something were to ever happen, and each passing day I find that post more and more true, despite initially finding it silly.

The person likely has a public defender which means it was his, the shooter's idea, to identify as a joke as non-binary to try and avoid charges of it being a hate crime (they're trolling to the point of asking to be referred to with "Mx." as their title). We've reached the point now where anti-LGBT reactionaries will murder a club full of LGBT people and then mockingly claim to be LGBTQ to try and get away with it legally.

We literally have video of him for not long ago referring to himself as he and "a boy" for when he was livestreaming himself threatening to blow up his mother's home bak in 2021 (!).
