If Ticketmaster couldn't handle the magnitude of Swifties bombarding the site with ticket request, there isn't any other company that can. She can issue a statement saying the company will "work harder" or "be ready" next time or stay quiet. There is no other company that can handle selling Taylor Swift tickets.
