Taylor can't defeat Ticketmaster because it's a monopoly. If Ticketmaster couldn't handle the magnitude of Swifties bombarding the site with ticket request, there isn't any other company that can. She can issue a statement saying the company will "work harder" or "be ready" next time or stay quiet. 

 

There is no other company that can handle selling Taylor Swift tickets. She is forced to use them. No one should be blaming her.
