Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Wait Kids in Love is good as well! Maybe I will listen to this album more than three times, the H2BH curse is broken
dperkins Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Jesus ****. It’s like the only song they’re pushing in playlists aside from Trustfall. No one cares. Move on.
dperkins Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Ok so Feel Something into Kids In Love slaps.
dperkins Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 I have a hard time even getting through Just Say I’m Sorry. It’s so boring. 💀
Simple Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Cute album, loving the effort she puts in the videos and music honestly. Runaway and Trustfall are the best.
Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Omg Runaway just started and the first beats scream an instant hit I hate her team

Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Runaway easily should've been the second single after Trustfall. neon colors, September Cry for You vibe, Tron motorcycles and Miaimi Heat retro look

Just one more midtempo / upbeat track somewhere would break it up nicely. Yeah, towards the end I was like this is too much. I feel happy today knowing there is a world with the song Turbulence in it
Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Hate Me could've smashed maybe 15 years ago when this sound was all over the radio. It's a good track, not good single material tbh
P!nk Forever Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 This album has at least a visible trinity of hits. Not every album has that. Trustfall Runaway Hate Me
RockStarShit101 Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 My favorite songs are: When I Get There Trustfall Turbulence Never Gonna Not Dance Again Runaway Hate Me Lost Cause Our Song
sk8erfan Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Her worst album. I don’t need her to be giving us a So What 4.0 but at the same time the musicianship is just not there anymore. The melodies are so weak it’s insane. There’s no need for those 80’s sounding tracks that sound so rehashed and overdone, the First Aid Kit or whatever collab is just abysmal. Ballads, after ballads, and bad ones at that. I love When I Get There because I lost my dad too and it had me right in the feelings but then everything after Trustfall just goes downhill fast. I don’t say this lightly, I stanned HARD 2006-2016 and got my life at the BT tour but I get no enjoyment out of her music anymore.
RockStarShit101 Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 I keep repeating Our Song. That song is gonna sounds so well live and i can't wait for it. Such a sad song.
Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 On the last track. Ballads are forgettable, Our Song sticks. Probably the least cohesive album of hers. It's all over the place - there are standouts (Trustfall, Runaway, Long Way To Go, Hate Me) and I enjoyed singificantly more tracks than from H2BH but it feels like as if they produced three separate albums and mashed them together in random order. Flow is terrible. That being said, the standouts are great and I enjoyed it overall - still won't touch BT, TTAL and co.
Braz Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Hate me hate me I'm the villain you made me made me

It is my least favourite of the last 4 ballads - this doesn’t mean I think it’s a bad song though.
Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Also this is probably the biggest departure from her "sound", lots of tracks sound nothing like her previous material. LWTG is a future radio smasha methinks!

Liafen Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Quote The record’s problem is that it never settles on one cohesive sound. P!nk has always chopped and changed; her best albums are usually ones that make a distinctive shift from the one before. Only now, she can’t seem to decide which direction she wants to take. Maybe she placed her trust in producers and co-writers who don’t quite understand what makes her so unique in the first place. - Independent. The way they are SPOT own
P!nk Forever Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 (edited) Kids in Love is giving You+Me vibe and should have been saved for Moore and Green or their album with P!nk serving secondary vocals. Edited February 17, 2023 by P!nk Forever
