Both ways of disposing the dead but which is superior?

Imo burial wastes land and raises risk of zombies so I prefer cremation.

Burial but it depends what kind of burial. I find crypts and tombs very off putting, as well as the chemicals involved in the embalming process and the way it stops bodies from decaying as intended.

There are plenty of cemeteries back home that are filled with graves like that and it is highly disturbing to me. Once they were reopening a tomb to prepare for a new funeral and you could see the 30 year old casket of a previous family member inside completely intact.

To me the better way to do it is right into the earth, with no concrete walls involved, no embalming either. Properly buried and returned to nature and not sealed shut into an empty hole.

I thought this was going to be about the best way to dispose of ATRL's corpse after it dies nnnnnnn

Everybody from my family who has died have been buried in a cemetery and I would like the same. I actually already have a plot beside my parents (this cemetery makes you purchase four plots for some reason).

burial without a casket. let the bugs eat me

Used to want a burial but nobody is going to give AF about my grave once I die (neices and nephews will be the last ones living) so why not be cremated and have my ashes scattered somewhere that I love?

I think about it a lot and honestly cremation is the IT girl. The thought of slowly decomposing and having all kinds of shite crawling on my dead corpse as I decompose makes me shiver :thing:

It's very unpopular here though

This is how Islamic burials are done.

OT: Cremation because I ain't letting bugs eat me or have people intentionally or unintentionally stepping on my grave. Cremated and shattered in the sea sounds lovely to me.
