Great numbers by Joji, but waited way too long to release the album. If this was released in July or August, Glimpse of Me would have been a #1 hit.

Drakes SoundCloud stanbase is not buying physicals in 2022. They have the option to purchase the album digitally and are literally ignoring it.

Drake doesn't sell his album as novelty so vinyls don't make sense for him. Kendrick is the best selling rapper pure sales wise cause his albums are treated as commodities and an experience. Drake specifically makes chart hits.

You hit the nail on the head

Do we have any sense of where they’re each at for points this decade? I feel like he might have a little bit of an advantage from the first couple years, but it’s looking like 2022 might be where it flips. Taylor has a stable hit again, plus Midnights being huge, while Drake is just having a pretty average year for him. Nonetheless, they look pretty likely to be the top two again so far, which is wild and says a lot about how much power they both have.

Drake & 21 Savage will debut at #1 on Friday's HITS Top 50. Weekend sales and streaming figures have resulted in an increase in our projection: Her Loss(OVO/Republic) should open in the 370-390k range. The collab collected around 150m first-day U.S. streams and is trending 425-450m for the week. Joji's SMITHEREENS (88rising/Warner) is headed for a Top 5 bow with 50-60k.

Drake & 21 Savage (OVO/Republic): 370-390k
Joji (88rising/Warner): 50-60k

They didn’t release physical copies did they?

Nope. None of the songs from the album are being played in radios either. The fact that the prediction went up is amazing.

Those numbers are really good, damn, coming for 400k+

Could you update the title please? @Renan90

Drake and 21S numbers are great too, I guess the album is clicking with people

Yeah like I said the initial estimate must have been based on CLB drops and its been much better than that so far

Taylor :jonny6:

Hope Taylor has something ready for Friday

Taylor's hold :jonnycat:

The way she still has at least 2 200k weeks left when she releases physical copies of 3am and signed CDs :turkey:

Wow 80k pure 3rd week. :clap3:

Is Dangerous the most consumed album of the decade so far? Hopefully UVST continues to plummet.

That is a nice hold for Taylor, dropped 20%-ish :clap3:

Didn't expect Drake to pass the 400k but I guess all the drama worked on his favor.

Sadly yes, it's at 5.3 million or so, the closest one is Sour which is like more 1 million behind.

265K and still losing...

NOT FAIR!

Also "Rich Flex" getting viral this much and exploding is the last thing we needed, poor AH and Midnights. We love you Taylor!!!

Hopefully Taylor returns to #1 the week after

Drake doing 400k with no physicals is amazing. Taylor doing 265k in her third week is phenomenal.

Taylor and Drake holding it DOWN, they really are the artists of the decade :jonny:

It’s also really nice to have two EXTREMELY healthy numbers in the top 2 positions of the BB200. Reminds me of the good old days when the top 10 was littered with 6 digit performances :chick3:

More than likely, she will rebound, unless Drake pulls a Bad Bunny with staying at #1 for two and a half months selling 200,000+ every week, which I doubt.

OT: Sour still top 20 almost two years later :deadbanana:

265k wtf :deadbanana: Midnights slaying, we love to see it

Amazing third week!

Not sure if Tay will take it back next week since he’s having more stability than we thought. He’ll prob do 200-250 and maybe Midnights will do 180-200 I think. But she’s holding way better than I expected because WOW those numbers are insane.
